Privacy Policy

Summary

This website does not collect personal information. There are no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tags. There are no forms. There are no cookies set by us. The site loads web fonts from Google's font CDN, which is covered below.

Email correspondence

If you email info@alexellmedia.com.au, we receive whatever you send: your email address, your message, and any attachments. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

We don't add your address to any mailing list, sell it, or share it with third parties.

Storage

Email is stored in our standard business email systems. We retain correspondence as long as it's relevant to the working relationship, then delete it.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, response code) as part of delivering the site. We don't access individual request logs.

Web fonts

Web fonts (Inter and JetBrains Mono) are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives standard request data including your IP address. Google states that it does not use this data to build user profiles or set cookies on the site. We have no control over Google's handling of these requests beyond the choice to use the service.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email info@alexellmedia.com.au.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
